Vision problem: Myopia
Surgery: FemtoLASIK and PSP Programme
Dr. Angelo Appiotti performed FemtoLASIK surgery with the aid of the PSP (Personal Sportsman Profile) programme, that he devised for all professional athletes to improve one’s vision and, most importantly, make it more stable, accurate and faster at every change in distance and light.
He performed laser surgery to correct 3.50 dioptres in the right eye and 3.75 in the left one. Recovery was immediate and as early as 5 days after surgery Francesco saw a massive improvement in clarity and quality of vision, which will have a positive impact on his posture and future sports performance.
The final result was 16/10 natural visual acuity.
