Vision problem: Myopia and astigmatism
Surgery: ReLEx SMILE
Dr. Angelo Appiotti performed ReLEx Smile surgery to treat 5.0 dioptres of myopia with 1.75 dioptres of astigmatism in her right eye, and 5.75 dioptres of myopia with 0.50 dioptres of astigmatism in her left eye.
Recovery was fast and Irene immediately saw a massive improvement in her performance also from an aesthetic perspective, since she has to walk on stage in a bikini.
The final result was 14/10 natural visual acuity.
