Vision problem: Myopia and astigmatism
Surgery: FemtoLASIK TLCT and PSP Programme
Dr. Angelo Appiotti used the FemtoLASIK TLC technique with the aid of the PSP (Personal Sportsman Profile) programme, that he devised for all professional athletes to improve one’s vision and, most importantly, make it more stable, accurate and faster at every change in distance and light.
The surgery was needed to correct the athlete’s myopia and astigmatism in both eyes, since they were affecting his performance, thus allowing Jandi to stop wearing contact lenses permanently.
The final result was 16/10 natural visual acuity.
